Dan - Retail Director
Dan studied Criminology with a minor in Marketing at the University of Windsor. After graduation, he pursued a career in the Canadian Armed Forces for six years, where he was employed as an Artillery and Recruiting Officer. With Dan's experience in managing resources, personnel, and marketing, he was able to develop the foundation of House Letter Signs. He enjoys riding his motorcycle, and seeking his next outdoor adventure.
Nathan - Manufacturing Director
Nathan studied Business Admin. at York University. After graduating, he pursued in the footsteps of his father, in the commercial signage industry. With 6 years experience as a CNC operator, and Project Manager, Nathan's technical expertise is crucial in the development, and perfection of new products. With his leadership, the eCommerce department was developed, allowing online sales. He enjoys playing basketball and travelling.
Brad - General Manager
Brad studied at Humber College for Hospitality Management. After graduation, he pursued a 12 year career in hospitality and managed restaurants across Canada. With his astounding customer service and managerial experience, Brad became the General Manager and has vastly contributed to the growth of House Letter Signs. Brad is an avid bass player for over 10 years, and enjoys a variety of different music (especially Rock and Roll) and adventuring to new countries.
Ida - Assistant Manager
Ida studied Health Studies at Queen’s University, and Early Childhood Education at Seneca College. Ida has experience in both the health and service industry. Ida takes a lot of pride in her job, and will ensure that the product you receive is beyond your expectation! With many years of customer service experience, she plays an important role in our sales and retail team. Ida is a huge foodie, and loves playing sports, hiking, travelling to different countries and cities. She also loves playing brawl stars.
Whitney - Manufacturing Manager
Whitney studied Sculpture and Installation at OCAD University, and Early Childhood Education at Seneca College. With her vast knowledge on a variety of different design programs, Whitney plays an important role in both our retail and e-commerce departments. During her spare time, Whitney is an avid ballet and hip hop dancer. She is also a passionate cook by always trying new recipes, and a cat mom of two!
Grace - Manufacturing / Social Media Manager
Grace studied Human Services at Tyndale University, and Early Childhood Education at Seneca College. She is passionate about home improvements and exploring new places around the world. Her favourite weekend activity is to take her eskie on a road trip and enjoy the nature with her loved ones. Rodon - Senior Sales Representative
Rodon studied Kinesiology and Health Science at York University. He has worked in a variety of different sports leagues, personal wellness centres, and rehabilitation centres. Working as a coach, personal trainer, receptionist, and sales rep, Rodon will find you the perfect product that you are looking for, and will ensure that you are satisfied with your purchase and experience at House Letter Signs. He is an avid volleyball player, and enjoys collecting newly released sneakers.
Liam G. - Manufacturing
Liam is a student at Durham College. He won a gold medal with his high school rugby team, loves to travel across the world, and takes food and 2k21 way too seriously. Also he is a new cat dad and enjoys most minutes of it.
Matthew - Manufacturing
Matt studied at Durham College Trade School for Elevator Technician. He is currently enrolled in the Mechanical Engineering course for non-destructive evaluation at Durham. Before that, Matt travelled with his recreational basketball club, the Markham Gators, all over the GTA winning multiple gold medals. He enjoys camping and spending time with family and cats.
Liam 2.0 - Manufacturing
Liam G, also known as Liam 2.0 around the shop, has studied at Centennial College for Electrical Engineering Technologies. He has been with the Canadian Armed Forces for 4 years, employed as a Maritime Technician, and also happens to be one of the youngest members on the House Letter Signs Team. He enjoys music and food, and always likes an adventure.
